Shorts are popular and creating a short from an existing YouTube video would be very useful for creators.

Pop up after effects
I think adding pop up after effect options would be excellent for making engaging videos. for example, when listing things, or referencing something, you could select an image from your PC or pictory to pop up when you mention them.

Speech to Speech
Because then we can narrate our content but have a voice filter over it...this way YouTube cant say its an AI voice.

Add (optional) randomness to Visuals?
If you are looking for visuals by a similar query/word and expect to use new one each time(different but similar projects/videos), in the long run, you have to scroll through many old/used Visuals until you see 'new' ones... Surely it shouldn't be too hard to randomise the search results by default? Or even a tickbox (as in optional) for those who would like to have 'extreme' randomness.

Time Scroll for Audio files
When selecting background music, a Time Scroll for Audio files would allow the user to quickly sample the music from beginning to end to find a fitting piece for their video. One must now wait to see if the whole song is appropriate if it builds too much or contains singing that won't work with their topic or video message. Thank you

Naming and grouping the scenes
It will make editing and organizing the video easier. During creative process, different scenes are stitched together with different visuals. Ability to group a block of "visuals" as a scene, and naming the scenes as well as the group will help navigating an intricate project.

Publish your videos into multiple languages and get better visibility and user engagement
Take more user inputs for better visual selection
When you are creating a video from text, Pictory would ask you to enter the text category, and also select your own key words. This would potentially result in better visuals automatically picked on the story board

Highlighting two major issues which wastes time
I want to highlight two issues that are hindering my video generation speed: No option to set the minimum duration of a video at a global level. No option to refresh the voiceover only for the current scene. Issue 1: No Global Minimum Scene Duration Option For example, if I have a heading called "Eat Healthy," the voiceover for this heading is automatically calculated to be less than a second. When the video plays, it appears to be running too fast. I want to pause here for a while and ensure the video continues to play even though the voiceover is done in 1 second. Currently, the workaround I use is manually setting the voiceover duration for each scene. If there are 30 such headings, I have to change the minimum duration of each video from a fraction of a second to 3 seconds. Additionally, the second issue highlighted below, sometimes resets all the voiceover durations, requiring me to repeat the entire process. Issue 2: No Individual Scene Refresh Option Sometimes, when we change a video for a scene, a refresh button appears to recalculate the voiceover. This is fine, but clicking that button recalculates the voiceover for the entire video, not just the current scene. This wastes time because the individually set durations for some scenes get overridden. Ideally, there should be a global refresh button and an individual scene refresh button. This would give users more control to refresh the voiceover for a specific scene or the entire video as needed.
