Adjust scene duration as "+" or "-" seconds for all scenes instead of a fixed number
The scenes change too fast so we have to manually adjust each scene's duration. I'd love to have the option to automatically add 1 extra second (or 0.5 seconds, or whatever) to all slides in one go. Can't use the "apply to all scenes" feature because some scenes are longer than the other.

AI Script to Video for Vietnames
Our Vietnamese customers would like to create video by feature Script to Video. But in the present, only English is supported. I understand what problem that our customers facing. So I propose my idea to Pictory AI if they could implement Vietnamese language for those features: Script to Video Text to Speech as well (very appreciate) Many thanks if you could help us, Best regards, Viet Anh MKT A Youtuber

Pan&Zoom doesn't work. Let's implement a proper Ken Burns effect.
Ken Burns made infamous the use of pan/zoom across still images to convey motion. Pictory's Pan&Zoom implementation should do this, but it is completely broken and unusable - and can not possibly produce good results without input from the user, which it does not do! You need a UI that allows the user to select 1) an image 2) a source rectangle 3) a destination rectangle. This allows the user full control over the transition, speed of movement, etc. Pictory only has implemented step 1. How could Pictory possibly get a good result without this - how do you know where the start/end of the transition is? I'll bet you could have this implemented in two weeks from design to final QA if your team really tried. https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rippletraining.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2015%2F01%2Fimage5.jpg&f=1&nofb=1&ipt=ccac7e63ebd85b81d9aa36af3f437ae1a581a8a3815ba3de5861a402314cd6c2&ipo=images

Preview multiple scenes at once
Currently I can preview only one scene at a time. I'd like to be able to multi-select click and preview all selected to see how scenes will run together.

fade on audio tracks pictory (or we) provide - so that a scene doesn't end abruptly
many videos traditionally fade out on the last frame, and the sound fades too.... Please give us an audio fade on the audio tracks Pictory (or we) provide on the last scene of my video so it doesn't just abruptly

Allow Zooming/XY panning of Visuals for other aspect ratios
As visuals are usually optimized for 16:9, when creating a video using 9:16 aspect ratio, some visuals become less effective as the content is clipped (e.g. a full width visual with the words "thank you" would appear as "hank yo") It would be great if we can zoom and pan the visual to fit the aspect ratio instead of left/right currently

Allow Visual Zoom and Pan speed and focus adjustment
Would be great if the speed of the zoom and pan could be adjusted. Also if the focus/direction could be adjusted. That way a specific area of the image can be zoomed in/out.

Add wait time and how many persons waiting for a live agent. It is annoying waiting and not having an agent response in a 'reasonable time."
