being able to create several versions of the same video, using the same script, but choosing different images/ short videos randomize to create more versions of the video which is unique. Useful in having different videos to rank for difference keywords in youtube. Instead of creating 10 individual videos. We can just have a set script/ text. Choose images/videos to be randomized and we can indicate how many of the videos we need to create. Example, we indicate creating 10 videoes and pictory to spit out 10 unique videos by randomizing the images/ videos chosen, playing the same script. And randomizng the music as well that we choose.

I hope Pictory can add AI human talking avatar. And e can have personalised face and custom voice.

Upload audio, have it translate to text and make video from it like text to video feature.

We are working on a much better AI model that fetches visuals that are relevant. Thus, making the video creation workflow much more efficient.

Currently, when we change the speed of the voice-over, we can only hear how this sounds when we generate a preview or final version of the video. It would be much better if we could hear how the voice will sound, based on the speed we select, immediately after changing the speed when we click on the voice-over selection again.

Display 2 videos side by side or one above the other in some scenes or throughout the video. This would be very useful for explainer videos.

The ability to take text to audio would be a grand-slam for small to medium companies. Futhermore it would allow audience to connect with a common person. It would make the burden on a person's time.

Spanish language support

If we could zoom in and out, tumble, photo rise, pop, fade on static images so that it feels like video with movement. Also if speed can be added as well to adjust.

As many other solutions, the idea is to have subtitles to the video BUT it needs subtitles in different language.

The current issue where all scenes are assigned slide number 1 instead of their actual slide number causes confusion and affects usability. Fixing this will ensure accurate slide-to-scene mapping, benefiting users working on presentations and videos by providing a seamless and error-free conversion process.

Why This Is Useful: The current subtitles use a fade-in and fade-out effect, which negatively impacts the experience of watching videos while reading subtitles. The gradual appearance and disappearance of subtitles cause: Shorter comprehension time: Viewers have less time to read and understand the subtitles. Mismatch between audio and subtitles: The subtitles do not align precisely with the spoken content, leading to confusion. Adding an "instant subtitle display" option can: Extend subtitle comprehension time: Subtitles appear immediately, giving viewers more time to read. Synchronize audio and subtitles: Subtitles align precisely with the audio, enhancing the viewing experience. How This Feature Should Work: Add an "instant subtitle display" option in the subtitle styles settings. When enabled, subtitles will appear instantly as the corresponding dialogue is spoken and disappear immediately after the sentence ends. This feature will improve the fluency and accuracy of subtitle display, enhancing viewers' understanding of video content and overall experience.

Currently, the "Run in background" feature notifies users via email when processing is complete and provides download links for the video and cover image. However, if users need to download subtitle files (SRT) or audio files (MP3), they must return to the processing screen, click the Download button, wait for the system to regenerate the download links, and manually select the SRT, MP3, or MP4 files. This process consumes additional time and requires extra steps. By including the SRT and MP3 download links directly in the notification email, users can access all relevant resources in one go, saving time and greatly improving the user experience. How This Feature Should Work: Include download links for subtitle files (SRT) and audio files (MP3) in the notification email, alongside the existing video and cover image links. Ensure users can download all necessary files directly from the notification email without needing to return to the original interface. This improvement would make the "Run in background" feature more complete, offering users an efficient and convenient one-stop resource management solution.

Introduce a feature that automatically generates subtitles based on sentence segmentation with an option for manual adjustments. Why This Is Useful: This feature would significantly save time and effort for users creating videos with subtitles, particularly for those working with lengthy scripts. It eliminates the need for repetitive manual steps, such as splitting scenes or adjusting subtitles sentence by sentence. Users, especially educators, content creators, and professionals creating presentations or instructional videos, would benefit from this streamlined workflow. How It Should Work: Add a one-click option to automatically generate subtitles from uploaded scripts, using sentence breaks as segmentation points. Provide an intuitive interface for users to manually adjust subtitles if the automated segmentation isn't perfect. Ensure compatibility across all input types, such as direct text uploads or imported scripts from presentations. This enhancement would make Pictory more user-friendly and appealing to a wider audience, improving productivity and reducing the time required for video creation.
