Can we have options to pause, slowdown, and give emphasis indications so that the ai voice over can be under contro like human voice reading. Right now the AI sure does follow punctuation marks, but then in some cases to give longer pause we cannot go beyond the grammatical borders of punctuation as the sentence will look out of context and stretched. Can we have an alternative option like a punctuation code through which the AI voiceover can be customised?

In the scene timeline, ability to select a group of successive scenes and preview them in order to lower the generating response time and gain time.

When the voiceover pronounces a word, it is highlighted in the subtitles. A setting would allow to choose its color. Thank you!

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to download the story/script before rendering/generating the video. Sometimes I change the script after the scenes are applied and then I don't have an updated copy of the script to do my voiceover unless I go scene by scene. It would be much more efficient to download the script and read from that rather than reading scene by scene. Thanks.

Try the following: Apply a voice-over to the intro scene. Apply a voice-over to the outro scene. Apply a voice-over to the entire video and select “No, it does not” at the prompt. Now you have three different voice-overs but you cannot generate the video now (it stops with two error messages) because the feature of three different voice-overs is not supported. Why I want that feature: I want to avoid packing all three voice-overs into one voice-over because I must pay my text-to-speech vendor by seconds. So I wanted to generate the intro and outro only once and just make the rest from scratch.

i would like to be able to go back and edit the script after it is generated to make major changes and add more story line in then regenerate. it is awkward to add 1 slide at a time

Lots of videos these days are in vertical format - YT shorts, Tiktok etc. Ability to search images & video clips based on aspect ratio would make things much easier.

When a script is longer than the time-limit (10/20 mins.) it would be helpful to know where to cut (and split into a Part 2 video if desired). Also, this would help in knowing what scenes are longer than their video clips, so we could adjust accordingly (usually by removing looping), conversely it would point out where trimming of a video clip might be needed (when the scene is shorter than the video clip). Today we have to flip back and forth between Visuals and StoryBoard and click on each scene to compare these time durations.

There are a wide variety of Anglo voices to choose from. But not one African-American voice is available for me to use on my videos.

Just for an artistic point of view and modify the original vidos

Once selected, there is no way to check what was the original duration of a visual. Sometimes, you need to know this duration in order to adjust your scene. Thank you Pictory, you are the best!

This is again a common ask from most of our customers.

Be able to clone my voice similar as dine using AI voices so that I do not have to do voiceovers for each video using my voice manually
